On Saturday November 16th, Scout Motors Inc. spent the weekend at the University of South Carolina showing off the company’s first electric vehicles slated to roll out of its under-construction Blythewood facility. The new vehicles rolled out on our very own Bad Ass Mats!

BAM! Bad Ass Mats are designed and engineered to protect the ground during any type of project, so being part of the American Rental Association goes hand in hand. BAM! joined the American Rental Association in October 2024, and as part of that BAM! will exhibit at the American Rental Association Show in 2026 @ booth #1346. The ARA Show is the world’s largest equipment and event rental industry trade show, and BAM! will show how our ground protection mats can be used with equipment rentals to keep job sites safe and prevent damage to the site.
BAM! is more durable than plywood and incorporates 8 large hand holes for easy moving & lifting, made from high vis green, four season HDPE material with built in 10 year UV protection cap. BAM! is made in the USA, and is lightweight (only 56 lbs. per 4’ x 8 sheet) and is rated at 80 tons (160,000 lbs.) that resists splintering and cracking, and has a dual-sided slip-resistant tread designed specifically for equipment and foot traffic.
